There are two approaches:
- Join the marketing team, demonstrate your capability and rise to Deputy Head of Marketing in the second or third Volunteer Term.
- Join directly if you have a demonstrable track record and are able to come up with an actionable plan that you would take responsibility for execution and delivery of results.
